Yupeng Zhang is an assistant professor in Computer Science and Engineering at Texas A&M University. His research is in the area of computer security, privacy and cryptography. Recently, he is working on verifiable computation and zero-knowledge proof, privacy-preserving machine learning and searchable encryption. Before joining Texas A&M, he was a postdoctoral researcher at UC Berkeley hosted by Dawn Song. He obtained his PhD from University of Maryland and his advisors are Charalampos Papamanthou and Jonathan Katz.
