Laurent Vanbever is an Assistant Professor at ETH Zurich where he leads the Networked Systems Group (NSG) since 2015. Before that, Laurent was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Princeton University where he collaborated with Professor Jennifer Rexford. He obtained his PhD degree in Computer Science from the University of Louvain (Belgium) in October 2012. His research interests lie at the crossroads between theory and practice, with a focus on making large network infrastructures more manageable, scalable and secure.
